Following confirmation of your order being dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a live tracking link. The tracking link provides you with the following updates via email:
1) Awaiting Pickup
2) In Transit
3) With driver for delivery
4) Attempted delivery (if driver has attempted to deliver unsuccessfully)
4) Awaiting collection (if driver has attempted to deliver unsuccessfully)
If you would like to track the status of your order, please check your email inbox for an email from us with your unique tracking link.
All deliveries require signature upon delivery, if no one is home your order will be delivered to the nearest collection point. Please refer to the card that is left or email that is sent following unsuccessful delivery for information on how and where to collect your order.
